Faith Cox awarded first annual Walt Hanclosky Social Issue Production Award for Media Arts

A panel of SVAD Media Arts faculty has selected Faith Cox, a senior Media Arts major from Myrtle Beach, as the first recipient of this annual $1000 award to support a creative media production with the goal of social impact.

Faith’s project, “A Helping Paw,” will be a short documentary film sharing the stories of two people partnered with service dogs as well as a service dog trainer.

Congratulations to Faith! We look forward to the film. http://www.sc.edu/uofsc/posts/2016/02/award_winning_student_documentary_tells_story_of_service_dogs.php#.VryaqsZ1-24
