Two Presidential Fellows Coming to SVAD in Fall 2017

The School of Visual Art and Design is excited to announce that two in-coming graduate students for Fall 2017 have been awarded the university’s most prestigious fellowship, the Presidential Recruitment Fellowship, by the Graduate School. Roberto De Leon received a BA in Studio Art at Miami International University. He is coming to SVAD to pursue an MFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Ceramics. Kayla Olive received a BA in Studio Art at Carson-Newman University with a minor in Art History. She is coming to SVAD to pursue an MFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting.
