Friends of Dance USC

The Friends of Dance is an organization for anyone interested in supporting the growth of the University of South Carolina Dance Program and Company.

Their goals are to provide financial support, increase performance opportunities, and continue and encourage development of academic programs, faculty and students within the department.

In order to achieve these goals the Friends of Dance seeks to:

• Increase scholarship resources for students
  
  
• Be a liaison between the Dance Program and the Community
  
  
• Establish financial support for the USC Dance Company Touring Ensemble
  
  
• Establish financial support for Guest Artists and dance production costs
  
  
• Increase visibility of dance activities and events
  
  
• Increase the Dance Education Endowment through the USC Educational Foundation
