The USC Dance Conservatory is committed to the training of young dancers, from their first steps to the pre-professional level; our mission is to furnish our students with a strong ballet foundation, a sense of personal accomplishment, and a love and appreciation for the art of dance.

We are pleased to announce that the USC Dance Conservatory has appointed Stacey Calvert as the School Director of Curriculum. Calvert is a former Soloist with the New York City Ballet and Distinguished Artist in Residence at the University of South Carolina. Calvert will be guiding the progress and evolution of the program. Under her direction, the new faculty will be using a unified syllabus based on the world-renowned training program of Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet.

The USC Dance Conservatory will be implementing a graded level system, a unified syllabus, and offering high quality instruction.
