Ralph (Trey) Lawson

Ralph (Trey) Lawson is currently working on a PhD in Early Modern English literature, with an emphasis on Renaissance drama. He also holds a M.A. in Cinema Studies from New York University and a M.A. in Medieval/Renaissance Literature from University of South Carolina. In addition to First Year English, Trey has occasionally assisted in the Film & Media Studies Program. He has previously taught ENGL 101 theme sections on Horror & Difference and Post-Apocalyptic Fiction. Trey’s current research focuses primarily on late Elizabethan and Jacobean history plays. His favorite scary movie is The Exorcist.
