The History Center's Transnational History series continues with this seminar which precedes Dr. Don Doyle's week-long seminar "American Civil Wars: The Entangled Histories of the United States, Latin America, and Europe in the 1860s" which is being supported by grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the USC History Center.
