Guess Who's Coming to Campus: USC's Important Visitors
June 12 - August 22, 2015, 3rd floor Lobby
Since opening its doors in 1805, the University of South Carolina has welcomed presidents, political hopefuls, military personnel, entertainers and religious figures. Whether because of campaign trails, lecture tours, or personal invitations, USC has been a favorite destination for over two centuries and counting. Can you guess who came to campus?
Exhibit highlights include memorabilia from visits by Pope John Paul II, politicians from William Howard Taft to Barack Obama, and several who signed baseballs in President Harris Pastides' collection.
