Computing and Information Technology is organized in to two groups, College of Arts and Sciences Student Computing Center and Research and Scientific Computing.
College of Arts and Sciences Student Computing Center
If you are a student or faculty member of the College of Arts and Sciences we are here to assist you with your computing needs. We are responsible for supporting the computer-oriented activities of the College of Arts & Sciences including: desktop support, computer classroom support, networking, application support, and departmental computing purchases. Our mission is to provide the technical resources to meet the instructional and administrative functions of the College of Arts & Sciences.
Research and Scientific Computing
Research and Scientific Computing supports and manages applications on multiple hardware platforms for the advanced computing technology needs for research, academic and administrative activities within the College of Arts and Science. The RSC Staff provides assistance, services, and expertise to the diverse college community producing a wide variety of projects.
Our labs offer Windows and Macintosh computers loaded with various software packages for Student and Faculty use. (Software list) We offer several different printing options from black and white letter size to large color posters. (Printing info)
