College of Arts and Sciences Computing Center
The Computer Center provides students, faculty, and staff with access to reliable computing resources and common software applications. Our goal is to provide easy access to up-to-date technology resources to foster success in coursework. A high bandwidth connection assures high-speed, reliable access to the wealth of resources on the Internet. The center, located in the lower level of Gambrell Hall, is equipped with computers running the latest versions of productivity, design, and statistical software. The center is equipped with two black and white printers, a color laserjet, two large format plotters and a high-quality photo printer. A scan room and digital media archival room is available with a Mac Pro for high-definition movie production and a large format scan station.
We are committed to providing the latest software for students for productivity and to gain valuable experience they can use after graduating. From design software to statistics, our labs are available to complete assignments and provide instructional space.
The computer lab has classroom space available in the lower level of Gambrell Hall equipped with computers running the latest versions of Microsoft Office and a variety of current software including Adobe Creative Suite. Visit the classroom pages for details on each room.
