Theatre Students Earn First Place Awards at 2012 Discovery Day

Congratulations to senior theatre majors Brittany Price Anderson and Lauren Koch, who both received first place awards at the university's 2012 Discovery Day event.

Brittany Price Anderson took first place honors among the morning creative and oral presentations with her discussion, Ensemble Devising Through Improvisation.  Professor Jim O'Connor and Associate Professor Sarah Barker were Anderson's advisors for the project. 

Lauren Koch received top honors among the afternoon creative/oral presentations with Sharing Stage Combat with High School Students.  Koch was mentored by Associate Professor Robert Richmond.
