Carl Hamilton (2009) is a set designer for Laika, LLC, an American stop-motion animation studio specializing in feature films, commercials, music videos and short films. The studio is best known for its stop-motion feature films Coraline and ParaNorman. While a student, Hamilton presented his scenic design for the USC production of Oh! What a Lovely War at the USITT Conference and at the prestigious Stage Design Portfolio Review (commonly known as "Ming's Clambake"). Hamilton has also worked professionally as the scenic designer for Nic Ularu's The Cherry Orchard Sequel at La MaMa Theater in NYC.
