Ticket Refund Info for Cancelled Performances
Our box office will be open from October 20 - October 30 to help patrons obtain refunds from our recently cancelled performances of "The Threepenny Opera."
Ticket refunds or exchange vouchers are being offered for patrons who pre-purchased tickets for The Threepenny Opera and were unable to use their tickets because of flood-related show cancellations.
To obtain a refund or a voucher good for use at any other main stage production in the 2015-2016 season, patrons should visit The Longstreet Theatre box office.
The box office will be open from Tuesday, October 20 through Friday, October 30 at the following times:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 1pm - 5pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 1pm - 4pm
Refunds are available by either check or a credit card adjustment. As we are legally required to follow procedures set up by the University's Financial Services division, refunds may take up to six weeks to process.
Patrons will need to turn in their unused tickets in order for us to process a refund. Patrons who wish to receive a credit adjustment will also need to supply a copy of their credit charge receipt in order for us to process the adjustment.
Patrons who opt to receive a ticket voucher may use that pass for a ticket to any main stage production remaining in the 2015-2016 season. Those productions are Blithe Spirit (Drayton Hall, November 13-21), Scapin (Longstreet Theatre, February19-27) and The Tempest (April 15-23).
A note for subscribers:
Subscribers can either apply their unused ticket(s) for our remaining main stage productions or they can request a refund which would amount to 1/4 of a season subscription price.
